Capability
3D design & virtual tours
We build 3D experiences that people can actually use: product and object visualisation, architectural spaces, outdoor areas and walkable virtual tours that run in the browser. Scope follows the brief — including special adaptations. Real estate is one strong use case; the same craft applies to products, interiors, venues and brand environments.
Signs this is the right fit
You probably recognise at least one of these.
- Photos and floor plans still leave people guessing about room scale and flow.
- You need a walkthrough for listings, pitches or internal reviews — without a heavy SaaS tour platform.
- Products, interiors or outdoor areas have to be shown in 3D before they exist in the physical world.
- The brief needs custom adaptations — not a one-size template tour.
How we run it
From source material to a tour people can walk.
-
01
Brief
What must be exact, what may be interpreted, and who needs to move through the space — buyers, planners, or your own team.
-
02
Model
Geometry, materials and furnishing built from plans, photos or scans, with gaps labelled instead of silently invented.
-
03
Tour
Browser viewer with overview, plan and walk modes, collision where it helps, and controls that work on phone and desktop.
-
04
Publish
Self-hosted package, embed or listing link, with a clear disclaimer when the model is interpretative rather than surveyed.
The last step feeds the first — this runs as a loop, not a one-way handover.
Scope
What this includes.
-
Product & object 3D
Detailed models and presentations for products, props and brand objects that need to be inspected, not just photographed.
-
Spaces & interiors
Architectural and interior scenes that communicate layout, materials and atmosphere before anything is built or staged.
-
Outdoor areas & site
Courtyards, paths, terraces, driveways and landscaping modelled into the same walkable experience as the building.
-
Custom adaptations
Furnishing variants, markers, branding and project-specific controls — whatever the client brief requires.
-
Virtual property tours
Walkable 3D tours of apartments and commercial spaces — overview, plan and first-person modes in one lightweight viewer.
-
Web delivery & embed
Self-hosted tours that embed on your site or listing pages, without CDN lock-in or Matterport-style vendor lock.
What you end up with
Handed over, not hinted at.
- A maintained 3D scene (source + web-ready GLB) with documented assumptions
- An interactive browser tour: overview, plan view and first-person walk
- Optional outdoor areas, site context and project-specific adaptations from the brief
- Embeddable hosting package for your site, brochure or listing link
- Visible interpretation notes wherever geometry was inferred, not measured

Tools we use regularly for this kind of work. The right choice still depends on what you already run.
- Blender
- Three.js
- glTF / GLB
- PBR materials

Before you ask
The questions that come up every time.
Is this only for real estate?
No. Property tours are a clear fit, but the same pipeline covers products, interiors, outdoor areas, venues and brand environments. The deliverable is always a usable 3D experience, not a pretty still.
Can you model outdoor areas and special customisations?
Yes. Scope follows the brief: interiors, buildings, courtyards, paths, landscaping and custom adaptations such as furnishing variants or markers. We agree sources and effort up front.
How accurate is the model?
As accurate as the source material allows. Surveyed plans produce measured models; listing photos and unscaled drawings produce interpreted ones — and we say which is which in the tour itself.
Do we need Matterport or a similar vendor?
Not for what we ship. Tours run as a self-hosted web package you control. Listing portals that only accept a URL still get a stable link; sites under your control can embed the viewer directly.
Will it work on phones?
Yes — touch controls and lighter lighting profiles are part of the delivery, not an afterthought. We verify on real devices before handover.
Next step
Let's talk specifics.
Describe the project and the timeline you have in mind. We will tell you plainly what is realistic — including if the honest answer is "not yet."
