Can logo, images or brand guidelines be included?
Yes. Logo, reference images and CI rules can shape the design — quietly in the space (wall art, signage, materials) and/or in the viewer. What should be visible is agreed with you.
What source material do you need?
A scaled plan is ideal. Photos, scans or a rough layout can support an interpreted demo — we label that clearly. Logo/CI and preferred imagery are optional. Better sources mean closer to a survey.
Do IllumiCore tours replace Matterport-style platforms?
For many listing and website cases, yes: you get your own package without a recurring platform fee. If a portal only recognises specific vendors, a stable link remains the reliable option.
How long does a first 3D object take?
It depends on sources and scope (apartment vs building). After the brief we give a realistic timeline — no blanket promises.
Can the model be used as an exact unit?
Only when the basis is a verified survey. Interpreted models are labelled as such and suit understanding and sales — not as a substitute for measurement.

A tour from unscaled drawings or photos is an interpretation — useful, not a survey. If you need measured accuracy, we say so up front and scope the work. What is missing stays visible.
