Minimum stay logic

Each property has its own minimum-night rule, and long-stay-only inventory can be restricted at the property level.

Payment and confirmation

A booking becomes fully confirmed only after Stripe Checkout or an approved payment flow is successfully completed.

Guests must accept house rules, cancellation terms, and privacy handling before checkout can continue.
