We collect the guest, stay and payment-status data needed for direct bookings and property operations. Card details stay with Stripe; the portal stores references and invoice links. Arrival information is requested only when operationally required after confirmation. Reviews are matched to completed paid stays; private verification details are not published and approved reviews use a shortened public name. Contact the operator for privacy requests.
